2. How can I purchase a gift voucher?

You can buy gift vouchers directly from our website. Simply select the amount you’d like to gift, add a personalized message, and choose to have it emailed or printed.

3. Can I choose a specific treatment for the voucher?

You can choose a monetary amount. A monetary value gives the recipient flexibility to choose what they prefer.

4. How will the recipient receive the voucher?

You can choose to send the voucher instantly via email or print it yourself. — check our options at checkout.

5. Do gift vouchers expire?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Please check the expiry date on the voucher.

6. Can the recipient book online using the gift voucher?

Yes. Recipients can enter their voucher code at the time of booking online or provide it when calling to schedule an appointment.

7. Can I get a refund on a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

8. What happens if the treatment costs more or less than the voucher value?

If the treatment is more than the voucher value, the difference can be paid at the time of service. If it’s less, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until it expires.

9. Do I need to bring the voucher to my appointment?

Yes, please bring your printed voucher or show your digital voucher upon arrival to redeem it.

10. Can vouchers be used for special offers or discounts?

Vouchers can usually be used for most treatments, but may not apply to promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
